Procurement Specialist
Our Procurement Specialists provide professional and timely “help desk” assistance to our valuable clients.  A large part of your responsibilities will be to take a leading role in ensuring that our customers are satisfied and are having all of their needs met in a timely fashion.  Primarily, this will include ensuring that vendors are meeting important production milestones and assisting print buyers with preparing all the appropriate specifications for ultimate pricing and quality end product delivery.  Our Procurement Specialists also provide training to both suppliers and our clients and must stay up to date with all current industry trends.

Client Services Specialist 
American Print Management Client Service Specialists are at the front lines of our unparalleled Client Services team.  In addition to providing professional and timely “help desk” assistance to clients, our Client Services Specialists are a critical part in helping to ensure our clients’ print jobs are high quality and on time. You will work closely with management to ensure that all operations run smoothly and will be relied upon to keep up to date on industry trends and share information with your co-workers.

Print Specialist 
As an American Print Management expert, we rely on our Print Specialists to provide one-of-a-kind assistance to our clients in understanding both commercial and government specifications.  Our Print Specialists also provide insight to print buyers to prepare appropriate specifications for ultimate pricing.  As an integral part of our team, you will build, evolve and improve established pricing and analysis tools.  A critical part of the job is to provide timely market analysis to assure that target pricing best matches current trends.  American Print Management Print Specialists take a leading role in providing training for both suppliers and our clients and must keep on top of ongoing industry trends and share their insights with their colleagues.

Print Estimator
American Print Management Print Estimators play an integral role in helping our clients understand the latest market trends and how they will impact the likely cost associated with their print needs.  Print Estimators must have a broad knowledge of the print industry, including the ability to interpret job specifications and apply data base and pricing tools to current trends.
